Again I ask, who in the last 4yrs has pac fought out side of top rank???? Arum even said if floyd lets me promote the fight a contract would be done in days. And every fighter that wanted a shot at pac had to sign with top rank. So if pac does not fight out side of the top rank stable and given what arum has done in the past, how can anyone say floyd dont want the fight. Arum has never built a stadium for any of his fights why? And how about when arum thought floyd was going to jail, he wanted floyds fight date for pac. Then floyd got a stay of his jail sentence, arum said of no pac caint fight because the cut over his eye has not healed. So pac cannot fight for another 6 months. Talking about a lame duck.
