I thinks he's done enough for a fight considering the guys he's been facing. Ortiz and Guerrero got a fight by beating Berto and they didn't really offer anything financially. Maidana beat Broner who is equal or better than Berto depending on who you ask , and he had some decent welterweight wins as well as a belt.

Definetely deserves it over khan.
