Had he stay in the ring ,said the right things for the post fight interview gaving credit where credit was due and took the loss with dignity I don't think fans would have still added insult to injury . If I remember correctly broner was disrespectful to Escobedo and eloy perez , his previous opponents who are both Mexican/American . So they definetely didn't like him going in . Him leaving early , not facing the music per say, definetely added fuel to the fire.
