My point is, Rigondeaux is the best Bantamweight in the world, and could possibly be the one of the greatest Bantamweights of all time. For HBO to cut him just because casual fans don't know what they're watching is blasphemous to me, as a boxing fan.

People are saying that if HBO Cuts Rigo, nobody will terminate their subscription, well nobody is going to terminate their subscription if they keep him either.

What kind of message are we sending to a little kid out there who dreams of one day being the greatest fighter in the world, and wants to pour his soul into has dream, that even if he succeeds, nobody will have his back? Is that the kind of sport this is?

Running is not my opinion. I love watching Mayweather, Ward and Rigo. I love the way they dominate their opponents. I used "" because that what people in here say. Anthony Dirrell ran the last 10 seconds of his fight with Bika.

Because HBO is the biggest stage for boxing in the world, and it's just my opinion that it should be reserved for the best fighters in the world, Which Rigo Clearly is one, and he earned his spot by dedicating his life to the sport and dominating all the best fighters they put in front of him.

It seems HBO wants to go down the action-packed road. They decided to switch directions after the Bradley-Provodnikov and Rios-Alvarado fights. Unfortunately, Rigo doesn't fit into their plan.

And you are entitled to your opinion, just like HBO (the network provider) is entitled to their opinion and if they don't want to air a technical boring boxer who cost them viewership and money, they have every right not too.

Just like you have a right to be mad at HBO decision to not air a boring boxer and change the channel or drop your subscription.

No one is not telling you not to enjoy El Chacal, but you will be doing so on pirated broadcast from European nation and not from a premium TV cable outlet within the United States of Amercia.

I wonder how many fans would like to see their favorite fighter forgo a fight with Rigo simply because they think Guillermo is "boring." "El Chacal" is the best at 122. In order to be the best, you have to beat the best. Otherwise, what's the point? The business of boxing is choking the sport of boxing.

To be honest HBO are about business, if they see a business opportunity in Rigo then they would exploit it, my problem isn't really with HBO or Rigo but the Cuban population in America. I don't know what the population of Cuban American but I would still expect a large chunk of the population to come out and support all their boxers that deflect from Cuba. Most of them are great fighters but most of them have alway been in the same boat as Rigo.
