That weight scale needs at least 5 seconds to get the scale to stop swinging to get a proper reading. However, Morales stood there for less than 2 seconds and the guy called it 130 pounds immediately. I think he was over 130 pounds but got favorable call.

Pacquiao is already 6 weight classes up from where he freakin started at...He isnt being a chicken, whoever thinks hes being a chicken all i have to say to them is that u can say the same for Morales who knows he cant beat pacquiao at 130 so he has to propose 132 it goes both ways.
