YessI. My bwoy Mares back in the ring. The problem with Mares in the 1st fight was that he didn't hold.

he tried , he got hit on his way in and stunned too so was forced to fight johnny's fight...

Honestly even if mares loses, its not the end of his career as a top level competitor,,

I remember a young stud mexican champ that got beat twice by junior jones, and then went on to still have a great career,,

I think Mares wins by K.O. this time. Some people think that Mares is too small for featherweight and that Gonzalez will bully him, but Ponce De Leon is bigger than Gonzalez and Mares held his own with him. I think Mares has good power at 126, which we seen against Ponce De Leon, but we didn't get to see it in the one round against Gonzalez. Gonzalez is known to be chinny too.

I'm just hoping for a Mares win. It'd be cool if Gonzalez looks good in a losing effort though, so he could get the title opportunity he wants at 130.
