Props to Mares for heading straight to rematch the guy that knocked him out. Takes balls, even though I think it's a horrible idea. I will root for Mares!

      Very interested in this rematch..

i think mares is alittle to small for a feather like gonzalez, I dont think he gets stopped again but can see gonzalez imposing his will and winning a close decision..

Huge props to mares if he wins this one,, I will be highly impressed

Some guys need a tune-up to mentally get their confidence back. I don't think Mares is that type of fighter. He's a level headed young man and knows what he's getting himself into. I just think he was too relaxed against Gonzalez and tried to box too much. Next time he'll probably show a little more aggression from the gate to get Gonzalez respect.

I think Mares wins the rematch.

this was probably a bigger upset than broner v maidana. mares had actually proven he was pound for pound

YessI. My bwoy Mares back in the ring. The problem with Mares in the 1st fight was that he didn't hold.

Yeah and he got KO'ed in one by a lesser fighter than Maidana lol.
I hope Mares wins the rematch though I didn't even sit down before the 1st one ended lol
