That's because they would actually have to face the heavyweight champion of the world.

Now I'm no fan of vlad, but you have to respect his position. And in this case I'm really disappointed that these guys are trying to duck the best in their division. None of them deserve to be called a champion and I hope that vlad gets the shot so we can move closer to having one champ for each division.
did you ever think that the guys you mentioned, especially stiverne and arreola are the top ranked guys in the 'bc? besides. ftp vlad, no one want to be man hugged and jabbed all night. cat is HORRIBLE to watch. might as well put him, rigo and ward on a ppv, im sure it would sell millions

let's set up a tourney in the HW division, the final being the real WBC heavyweight title fight.

        Arreola vs Stiverne 2

        Wilder vs. Fury

        Chisora vs. Pulev

        Perez vs. Helenius

Winner of the tourney is then forced to FINALLY have a real heavyweight unification bout

Let some one have a chance to shine a bit, the world knows wlad is the real champ. Have a 4 man tourney and then the winner fights wlad after, get a little hype in the heavy weight division, god knows we need it!

1 .- Bermane Stiverne (Canada) SILVER
2 .- Chris Arreola (US) INTL
3 .- Deontay Wilder (US) AMERICA
            4 .- Bryant Jennings (US)
            5 .- Mike Perez (Cuba/Ireland) USNBC
6 .- Derek Chisora (GB) EBU
            7 .- Manuel Charr (Lebanon/Syria) INTL SILVER / MEDITERRANEAN/BALTIC/CISBB
            8 .- Tyson Fury (GB)
            9 .- Tomasz Adamek (Poland)
            10 .- Odlanier Solis (Cuba)

Hoping Wilder stays busy and doesn't just wait for his shot at the belt

If Mayweather does fight Khan Wilder should face Chisora or Fury on the under card (How awesome would that be?)

Stiverne and Arreola seem like gutsy guys
but that could change easily with a belt around their waists
don't trust either of them to unify with Wlad after their box off
whoever winds up with WBC belt will duck Wlad shamelessly
and Wlad can't force a fight with the super/regular thing ala Povetkin
we'll have 2 separate HW divisions soon

Just plain ugh.....I wish it were Wlad's sorry, shot, bear-hugging (no penalties from refs), no conditioning having ass retiring instead of Vitaly. I can watch big bro fight until he's 50.

all of those guys were trying to fight vitali before he let the belt go. some of them even said they hoped they would get a chance to fight wlad or vitali as opposed to winning a vacant title. at the same time it looked like vitali would never give them a shot, he was too focused on his political career yet not quite ready to give up his belt. these guys were just sitting around waiting for him to make up his mind, now he has and they finally get their chance. someone has to fight for that vacant title and naturally they are jumping at the chance to get a titleshot. i dont see how nyone can blame them fro that, again, they wanted it just as bad when big vit had the title. more if anything.
