I thought I can make a fun thread to gain some insight from others about how they feel about the young champions of Showtime. You guys are so defensive when my whole agenda is start discussion, not one liners of cheering or bashing a fighter. Y'all did that for days now, try something different like showcasing your observation skills and boxing knowledge. I'm tired of hearing about someone's penis size or some **** ****** gossip. What happened to actual boxing fans?

Crying? You saying I'm crying? About what? Are you on drugs or are you just blowing me too hard right now?

Maybe you doing a little of both because you think an exposed Canelo is undefeated after getting ass ****ed by Mayweather. No ****.

Also all fighters did fine but there are always things for young fighters to work on. Even Mayweather had to improve nuances to his game to become unstoppable.

They were banking on at least 2 of them to emerge as PPV stars. They still could but its going to be a challenge especially with their O gone. Angulo-Alvarez isn't going to sell more than 100k.

I still got hope in Danny Garcia and Thurman. Also if Bradley leaves TR he's another one to add in the mix.
Matthyse isn't a young champion, he never was champion and he's in his 30s. Bradley is also in his 30s.

Garcia or Thurman will be the next PPV stars if they continue to dominate.

They matched them kind of hard if they were wanting PPV stars.

I don't think Danny Garcia will ever become one. Keith Thurman on the other hand...if he stays at 147 he'll become a must-see. Who won't want to watch him knocking fools out?

              Boxing fans are funny.

First they complain about networks having house fighters and giving their stars easy fights because they are valuable to the network. "No more Andre Bertos," boxing fans say. "We want competitive fights with tough opponents!"

Then, the network gives them great competitive fights like Broner vs. Maidana and Matthysse vs. Garcia, and those same fans complain that the network didn't protect the fighters enough and the network ruined potential PPV stars.

              GTFOH.

Hey boxing fans, here are two undeniable truths:
              1. Tough fights are what makes stars and what ultimately makes PPV attractions.
              2. PPV stars don't have to be undefeated.
