How heavy are cruiser weights on fight night?

If im correct, the cruiser weight limit is 200 lbs and since most weight classes below heavy weight rehydrate after their weigh in. Is it possible that cruiser weights rehydrate enough after their 200 lbs weigh in that they are essentially heavy weights on fight night?

    Thoughts on this?

it's probably likely that they do.

it's a large weight gap between LH and CW though. it's a 15 lbs difference, so probably and even amount that hydrate into heavy.

      It's 25 pounds

But hell yea they rehydrate. Look at Guillermo Jones and tell me he doesn't look 220 at least

Some are at an awkward weight like 190 so LHW is too low but at CW they are at 200.

HW's are getting bigger though so most CW's are walk around and in ring 210ish.

Often wondered about Haye. Said he struggled to lose weight, re hydrated to 210ish yet as a HW was often only 215ish.

right. apparently i can't math good.

i think they over did it with the revision of heavy though. it used to be 185 and it shot up to 200.

Some Cruiserweights don't need to dehydrate, sit comfortably just below 200lb

They were fine introducing 3-pound differences between 115-118, but failed to notice the 25lb difference between LHW and CW.. strange world

Yeah, a good size CW normally rehydrates to 210, so they drain some but not nearly like the lower weight classes do, save for someone like Guillermo Jones, who probably cuts 25 lbs.

I think Toney would've rehydrated a bit vs Lebedev as making 200lb was his first challenge in that fight after years as a blown up Heavy
