I think this is the best that can happen for either promotional company! if they cant come to terms with eachother, it will go to a purse bid right? who ever bids the highest amount will get to promote the fight, so i dont see a problem with it. Either TR or GBP will win the bid

the wbc is guaranteed to make a HUGE amount of money if this fight gets made and thats the bottom line when it comes to it. Question is, will GB sit back and let TR outbid them if/when the fight is forced by the wbc? or will floyd "money" mayweather actually give up his belt in order not to face pac? I dont see floyd giving up his belt because 1, his bottom line is money(he's bound to make the most ever if the fight is made) and 2, he'll look like the biggest bi.tch in the world if he walks away...
