how can anyone dodge a one-dimensional fighter like paquaio?

everyone knows that pac is very predictable and has a 1/3 record in his last 3 fights so why lil Floyd won,t put all this ducking sht to a end? im just as puzzled as everyone else about this sht... we all know mayweather beats pac convincingly and puts on a boxing clinic so why oh why won,t he take the dam fight??? lol.... lil Floyd is the best ever... better then muhammed ali, sugar ray robinson and would beat ray leonard on any day of the week... why oh why not take the fight lil Floyd???

    I can't tell if you're serious. Pacquiao's not one-dimensional, Floyd ain't the GOAT.

At any rate, I've still thought Floyd would win if they ever fought, but it's clear he doesn't want to, probably only because he still views Pacquiao as one of the most legitimate "risks" to his undefeated record.

Also, if there's anything people should have learned from Saturday's fight, it's that boxing isn't always simple. Sometimes things play out exactly as expected, sometimes they don't. Floyd's not an idiot when it comes to his career's longevity. Pacquiao is a gamble he's never wanted to take. The reward is huge, but so is apparently fighting come-forward or stand-still fighters on PPV and claiming Pacquiao is done.

As he has said, if it's so easy to make huge money, why change anything? Floyd's a businessman before he is a boxer. Get used to it.

Brilliant post. Pac's style is just wrong for mayweather.

Probably because Mayweather does not want to give Arum one cent.
When was the last time Mayweather fought a TOP Rank fighter? If my memory
serves me right he has not since he left Top Rank.

guys, didn't you all read between the lines... I was ragging mayweather for not stepping up... everyone knows Floyd don,t want no parts of manny... I bet you 100 million dollars that if the executives themselves came to Floyd and told him he had to face pacquiao or else he would definitely retire... real talk...

At the end of the day, if you dont have 100% confidence in yourself and you dont have fans pushing for you to fight the boxer you SHOULD, then **** it, why do it...
