Floyd Mayweather does not - which is why Toney, in my opinion, was arguably a greater defensive fighter than Floyd Mayweather is today. Toney chose to be offensive - we know the rest... Floyd uses his agility, athleticism and overall footspeed to control distance as his primary means of defense against his preferably slower, less agile opposition. He only uses the roll when he absolutely has nothing left.
To be honest, a lot of what toney did that was amazing came out of the fact he was lazy. Toney said it a million times, he hated training, he only liked sparring.

He developed a style of shoulder rolling, sliding, parrying, and just flat out dropping his hands and turning his head with the punches.... Out of laziness.

You camt really teach these kinds of things, its just experience.

Floyd on the other hand was taught a specific style since he was a child. And using his legs was a major part of that. No one was EVER going to tell toney how to fight.

The only guy who ever dropped/rocked Broner was Maidana and he is a power puncher. Broner has a good chin, its just Marcos is a really big puncher.

do you even know who broner has fought all his life? He's a natural 147lber that spent his life fighting 130-135lbers get a clue azzwipe! Then he moves up and fights Paulie 8 KO's in 50 wins Malignaggi.
