Where would you rank these guys on A,B,C, or D level scales?

mostly B's and C's fighters, Danny Garcia I agree is A- worthy based off of his resume and the fact that he seems to fight even BETTER in Big Fights!

Yeah, I think Garcia is the only one from the list I made that is worthy of an A level rating. Matthysse is very close to an A-, but he couldn't beat Garcia so I gave him a B+. If Alvarez had a very good showing against Floyd I would have given him a B+ or A-, but he won 1 or 2 rounds in that fight showing nothing so he deserves a B rating imo.

Most are B to B-, a few B+ like Canelo, Lucas with an A- at Garcia. None are C fighters except maybe alvarado...but that's even pushing it...if they fight at a world level they're atleast B- but Alv hasn't really fought "world level" competition.
