And Floyd is going to get credit for defeating an opponent who, in his last fight, was knocked around the ring (and almost out) by Julio Diaz, a journeyman fighter with a 40-7 record?

The same people who were in here saying Broner was going to wipe the floor with Maidana and ko him with a body shot who vanished over the weekend are now here talking about what Mayweather would do to Maidana. That's ok, you can say what Floyd would do to Maidana but here's the thing about that...."You ain't the one boxing!!" and "Assumptions are pointless"....this was just proven to many many many fans this weekend. You're the idiot..... Cotto applied constant pressure to Floyd JUNIOR, but was too past his prime to turn up the heat and finish Floyd. Floyd immediately went straight to the sunglasses regardless at the end of that fight, to cover up the beating Cotto gave Junior. Hence why the very next fight, Floyd had his father come in as the defensive expert telling Junior to get on your bike and stay away from the pressure, which he has done now with Guerrero & Canelo. He doesn't like pressure, he doesn't like getting hit, he doesn't take a punch well. And Floyd picks just the right opponent each and every time, to avoid all the risks. You would have to be kidding yourself if you think Maidana is going to catch Floyd slipping at any part of his game... Floyd is not going to play games wit Maidana the way Bronner did and he is not going to let himself be out of shape between fights unlike Bronner pryer to his fight with Maidana was on tour and out of shape..Not going to happen with Floyd, He not going to make Amateur mistakes like that , Maidana is going to have to bring his A+ game . im not even a floyd fan and has never picked floyd in a bet but if this fight was to happen i would have no problem picking floyd and taking ur $100. save this post right here. better yet i would raise u another $100, totally out to $200 if this fight was to happen.
