I hope Khan takes notes from what he saw last Saturday night. You can't throw 1-2 combinations against the Philly Shell. You have to throw 4-5 punch combinations in order to connect. Their system is designed for stationary targets with slow, 2-3 punch combinations and then they reset to rinse and repeat. Maidana exposed how you beat these philly shell fighters. Bully them, make it a rough and ugly fight (they get uncomfortable) and throw 4-5 punch combinations.

This is why Floyd keeps avoiding Pacquiao, Pac throws powerful fast combinations from all sorts of angles. The Philly Shell is not designed for those type of fighters.

I would rather see Mayweather-Maidana then Khan-Mayweather. I just don't see why Khan think he can get this fight without earning it. What have people done to get Mayweather in his last 3-4 fights? EARNED IT with a big win. Where is Khans big win, Maidana just got his.

Khan is a risk factor, a great fighter who can be up or down.

thats right. that never happens in a mayweather fight tho, you would need a ref like smoger to actually let somebody fight him on the inside. otherwise all you are going to hear is "break" every 2 seconds.

Amir Khan is nothing but a joke... nobody will watch this ppv. and real Mayweather fans should protest this fight. Khan would never beat mosley, cotto, guerrero, alvarez, Bradley, marquez ... etc. etc.. so what makes it even a thought in his or anybody else's head that he even has a slight chance against mayweather? .... in all the fights against good opponents he either got beat or was one punch away from getting knocked out... I think maidana deserves a rematch, because khan ran away for the last 4 rounds.. Peterson deserves a rematch after beating khan... and if mayweather is telling pacquiao "beat a guerrero or a Ortiz first then we'll talk" why isn't he saying the same to khan? who has khan beat that he deserves mayweather? How the hell can khan get this fight. Is it because the people in Britain think he's some great champion. Even my friends who know jack**** about boxing know khan is a joke. As for mayweather I can understand he has limited options but its his own damn faul for signing with golde nboy and after paying for canelo I refuse to pay for anymore of his ppvs after this **** fight gets made.
