Mayweather definitely has his flaws but behind the scenes he has always given back to the homeless and helped out in his community. He took care of all funeral expenses for Genardo Hernandez, and Hattons team said after the fight Floyd was nothing shy of a gentleman and said that he called to check on the health of Hatton after the fight.

And come on now. You can't blame him for his fighters testing positive for PEDs. granted he is pushing to clean the sport up , so it doesn't look good. But lets be real, he is not in training camp everyday with these guys, nor is he going home monitoring what they eat or drink. He simply promotes these guys.

I really dig Floyd's skills and his contribution but he's the boxing version of the Yankees or the mid 90's bulls. 70% of Yankee fans can't tell me the starting players for the Yankees during their last world series win and about the same can't tell me who were the starting 5 any year the bulls won during the 90's. Floyd Sr may just end up working with Broner and helping him improve because honestly the sharks are smelling blood in the water and if Thurman gets his hands on Broner...ooohhhh weeeeeee.
Broner I believe took that too seriously and really doesn't watch tapes or feel like he needs to because he "thinks" Floyd doesn't. I believe it's his biggest problem, fight preparation. May starts relatively slow as does Broner but the difference is, I think Mayweather KNOWS what you are going to try, and gives you the chance to start it so he can pick it apart and make you have to go to your plan B. Broner on the other hand is literally trying to figure his opponents out in the first few rounds and once he gets their rhythm, he's good to go. Maidana is not the type of fighter you can allow to blitz you and NOT throw back to stifle his aggression and offset his attack, so he got caught and was never able to recover. Most of the punches that buzzed Broner from round 3-12 on are shots that he would have eaten had he not been on noodle legs from round 2 and how well he took them and fought through it to the final bell has to be commended win or lose. i think we all will see a much better Broner from now on. His Pride wont let him have another night like this "if he can help it".

Let's stick to the thread topic. Mayweather does not need to give Broner any tips on how to fight. Broner needs to let his ****ing hands go instead of throwing 15 punches a round and maybe he has a chance. He will not beat any of the top guys with output like that. Props to Maidana/Garcia for the perfect game plan.
It's a hurdle I hope he gets over because he will not beat all the elites fighting at the "pace" he's been known to. In being buzzed hard and beat up against Maidana, AB put it on him in a few of those rounds when his head was clearing up. But than he'd stop throwing than El Chino would pop him again and buzzzzz all over again. He needed to capitalize on the few moments where he had Chino hurt, and to do that you have to be willing to let them dogs bark.

I have no doubt that in his own time, on his own private laptop when nobody is around this ***** studies the $h!t out of his opponents. Nobody can be THAT prepared for EVERYONE without being on point in every aspect. So May goes in the ring and part of the "show" is the early feeling out rounds.
