I think the real question is actually, does the fight happen with Laurence Cole as the ref and does he allow Broner to use all the same illegal and dirty tactics he used against Maidana. If so, then the result will be the same because Broner will tie, elbow, clinch, and hump his way to survival, but if the fight is fought clean and fair, Cotto destroys him and knocks him out with no problem.
