Why is it Arum the problem? Did you know Don King and Arum hated each others guts? but they still did business, the excuse of not wanting to do business with Arum is lame as hell. Is Floyd a teenage highschool girl? thats something catty females do in highschool.

This whole cold ward started with Golden boy it got squashed and than golden boy started it up agian when Floyd came out of retirement.

First Oscar and Richard stole Pacman from under a contract with Arum, they had settled out of court and the reason they settled is because Floyd retired and Pacman was the star in boxing who had the biggest upside. without Floyd goldenboy had nobody so they ****** it up and kissed arums ass.

They settled the contract and guess what? Arum put Pacman in with mainly GOLDEN BOY fighters! so your in house excuses are lame.

Pac fought Barrera, JMM, Oscar and Hatton all goldenboy fighters, than after the Hatton fight Floyd came back and Richard basically said now I dont have to put up with Arum I can act like a douche again! because we got a star again.

Thats basically how it happened. Arum is tired of the bull****, he was screwed once and wont be screwed twice.

I disagree to a point, i might be remembering this wrong, it did seem to happen after that contract thing with Manny. Again i could be remembering it wrong but i thought gbp owned a piece of Manny after they came to an agreement so they just went ahead and co-promoted and have Top Rank as lead promoter. Then i remember an issue came up with advertisement money that gbp thought Top Rank were making up numbers cause it was alot less then what they would get when they promoted fights and they were owed a % of it. I don't know what ever came of that issue but its right at that time they stopped working together. Also Arum was putting some kind of expenses on the promotion tab they felt wasn't for promotion i guess. Trust lost and its what we got today.

well knowing that dlh and Floyd don't like each other I just seen a doc on Floyd and dlh said straight up Floyd wanted the fight and it wasn't his fault it didn't get made. so it all has to do with them working with bob

Why do people continue to act like Arum has never been the problem? GoldenBoy and TopRank haven't had their fighters fight each other in YEARS. Not surprising to read Scheafer's comments. Hopefully, Manny finally decides to leave TopRank next year after his contract expires, like many others have done in order to make fights.

ARUM and KING old times friends? NO,but they gave us big fights;SCHAEFER is a disgrace and JUNIOR make people believe that he doesn't fight MANNY because ARUM,NOTHING MORE FALSE,he doesn't want ARUM's fighters like PACQUIAO,BRADLEY,PROVODNIKOV in his record because he will lose. EXACTLY this! Those two are the worst enemies that time but they gave us the hottest fight that time even two fighters are in HBO and Showtime. We know Arum loves money and when tons of money is there, he is willing to work with his enemy... everybody knows he can still milk Pac even he loose to floyd, so those guys blaming all on Arum are all idiots.

I don't think Arum and Floyd dislike each other personally. Every now and then, they both say nice things about each other.

But when it comes to BUSINESS, and that's the keyword here, Floyd views Arum with disgust for the most part. If that weren't the case, Floyd would've done business with Top Rank after all these years. Similar to Cotto.

I think Arum dropped the ball during the first negotiations. That was the closest Floyd ever got to doing business with Arum again. Even though Oscar is a snake, Floyd sees Arum as a more poisonous snake when it comes to business.

The only ball that was drop during the first negoitionation was Floyd balls, since then Floyd have never found them and is still searching for them. Floyd have big time alzheimer when it comes to PAC, he doesn't even know who PAC is now...Pacquiao Who .

Not true, Floyd is just using that as an excuse, why would he care who about pacmans end? he doesn't have to worry about that.

Its all an excuse, and if Floyd hated Arum so much why does he always hug the guy when he sees him and even thanks him at award shows? its all a front he doesn't want the fight pac is style stylistically a problem for him and not slow enough yet

******ed peps swear that with Arum involve Floyd is going to get less money . Floyd get his piece of the pie and he does what he wants with it, they swear like Floyd is going to have to share it with Arum .
