Manny Pacquiao- Hall of Fame or Not?

I personally believe that Pacquiao's credentials far exceed the minimum to get into Canastota, and hes only 27. He won the WBC Flyweight title, ko'ed Ledwaba for he IBF 122 Lb title, ko'ed Barrera and Morales along the way, and is willing to fight anyone. What do you think? What can he do, aside from KO Marquez in the rematch, to enhance his legacy further?

He could capture a belt at 135. That would be something.

He should be, he could win all his fights in a heavyier weight that would secure it

With the way the IBHOF is run, Pacquiao would have made it long ago. They pretty much let everyone in. Now, Pacquiao probably deserves to be enshrined.
