Thurman v Provodnikov would be a FOTY type rumble someone who can pressure with speed cuts the ring better would make Thurman have to settle down more.

Creating fast power exchanges the threat of a violent sudden end or just savage head snapping highlights either way it's one of the best fights out there to make.

Thurman has a keen sense of when not to exchange and when to unload and finds the right timing and angles and it is like he know when the moment is to take out a fighter. he will be a difficult style to solve. He engages only when he knows he can maximize and sticks to boxing when he needs to.

That would be an amazing matchup, but also amazingly ****** on the part of Thurman's mgmt team. Provo has no fans outside of boxing, so the reward is nowhere near worth the risk. There are many safer good fights for Thurman to build his brand before he takes on the real big dogs.

Thurman seems to be for real -- tremendous skill set -- no one is going to want to get in there with him....
