Comments Thread For: Marcos Maidana: Broner's Mouth Can't Fight For Him!

Adrien Broner has been eating lots of ice cream, admiring himself on TV, and spending quality time with friends and family.

He has also been preparing for the first defense of his WBA welterweight title.

Broner faces former WBA junior welterweight champion Marcos Maidana in San Antonio’s Alamadome on Saturday night.

If it seems like Broner is treating Maidana like an afterthought, at least publicly.

broner is'nt knocking out chino. but he will be tagging him all fight long. broner hit malignnagi with some clean shots. and paulie did'nt move. chino has a hell of a chin with some serious power.i expect broner to decison him but no way he's knocking him out.

I can see it happening solely because Broner has gotten completely under his skin and Maidana reeeeeally want's to knock him out i feel. If this is true and he goes gung ho for a K.O. he may very well get stopped. If he keeps a clear head and tries to boxer-punch his way to victory it's his best bet as fighting "for" the KO will leave Maidana open to it.

I think AB gave a lil insight to what his next move is gonna be saying he's gonna be a champ iin four divisions at 24. That pretty much means he's gonna fight someone at 40 or 54 after this. Garcia is the logical fight if he's gonna make a move to 40. Provodnikov and Peterson are also doanble though. If he's gonna try his hand at 54. The only one of those guys there he has a chanc of being comptitive with is Molina because he can't punch. Interested to see what his next move is.

I think AB is gonna eventually learn to tone down the **** talking because he's making fights harder than they need to be. If you notice, Floyd hasn't been nearly as disrespectful to his opponents since the DLH fight. That fight was harder than it needed to be and I think in part due to Oscar being very motivated. Much like Paulie for AB.

Now i know why Broner moved up 2 weight classes! Its because he wants to eat ice-cream and Burgers during training camp without having Problems making weight! Hes so much in awe with Mayweather that he wants to be like him. The Problem is, Mayweather is on a completely different level than this guy! Broner will absolutely get FLATTENED toinight and i cant wait! The hype will end today!
Im really looking forward to it!

So, just because AB isn't as good as Floyd he's a hype job? According to that logic. Every fighter in the world sux. Cause none of them are as good as Floyd.
