Broner is more talented but he is moving up in weight, and I don't think he has ever faced someone who matches his punching power.

We've seen Maidana go down several times but we've never seen Broner go down in a fight, or even seem to be hurt by a punch. I would say therefore that Maidana has more big fight experience.

Broner does not throw a lot of punches generally, unless he has chance to take a guy out. I think if you're going to get Maidana out of there, you need to hurt him early because he seems to get stronger as the fight goes on. I'm just wondering what Broner's reaction will be if he gets hit with something that stuns him or hurt him to the body, because the punches are not going to flow all in one direction, from him to Maidana.

Broner is overconfident. He was overconfident for Paulie and he is overconfident now.

It's not about hate, because I actually don't hate Broner and I think he is good for boxing. If it goes to the cards, they will give it to Broner, but the only KO will come from Maidana.
I remember reading your prediction for the Broner Paulie fight and it was spot on. I'll take this post very seriously

Maidana has been knocked down on numerous occasions, but normally, it looks like it comes more from his lack of balance than him being chinny. Also, Chino has shown time and time again that even if you knock him down, it will not deter him from continuing to get in your face and try and knock you out.

One fighter I recall with a similar disposition as that was Ponce, so I am very curious to see how tonight plays out.

I don't remember Lopez knocking Maidana down. I think your mistaken. But I get your point. I don't know if I would call maidana chinny, because it seems to be the body shots that do it. AB should target the body early and often then work upstairs.

that's ridiculous. Your going into the fight expecting broner to just stand pocket and exchange?? Or you won't give him credit for the win. You sound like an objective fan. Clearly someone who has no personal problem with Broner. This is boxing, the sweet science. Not a toughman contest. Wake up

Came in here to eat my crow, I haven't seen the fight yet, but I can't believe what I'm reading. I haven't been this far off a prediction since I picked Darchinyan to beat Moreno...I'm shocked. I'ma go check the fight out now.
