One thing I've noticed about big punchers....

They usually have wide ass upper backs... proportionately long limbs.. are there any other anatomical links to punching power that have solid proof behind the claim?

Not sure but I have seen small guys who have good technique and speed on punching machines do well. Those machines where you get a score at funfairs etc...

I know some people are extremely strong. One of my colleagues had a father who was a pro boxer in Burma. Their dad taught them to box and fight (Martial arts) from 5.

These two are the best arm wrestlers that I know apart from one other guy.

They both also are one of the bets fighters I know. They can kick and punch the hardest I have ever felt.

I believe that genetics plays a part as well as training CORRECTLY from a young age.

One brother is 215 lbs with broad shoulders, chest and wide ass forearms and the other is only about 168 lbs who has nice sized wrists and arms, but is not that big at all.
