Who Has More Punching Power At 147 - Malignaggi, Bradley Or Broner?

Which of those fighters do you think has more punching power at 147?

Malignaggi is the only one to have a TKO at 147 so far. Broner and Bradley have never stopped anyone at 147 to date.

Dude, Broner had ONE FIGHT at the weight. His power can't be properly assessed yet. And his opponent (Paulie) was a granite chinned guy who has never been knocked out.

Bradley had four fights at welter but look at his opposition. Even Abregu, by far his worst opponent at the weight, is a solid, tough as nails fringe world class guy. Pacquiao and Marquez are pound for pounders and known for having very good chins (the latter has never been stopped). And if Bradley was as feather fisted as you are trying to imply, he couldn't have prevented Provo from eating him alive after that first round.

Oh, and Paulie's win over Senchenko was a cut stoppage, not an actual KO. So if you were trying to prove Paulie is the most powerful of the three, then try again.

(Btw I don't even know why I typed all this out. Everyone knows it, even you. You are probably either trolling or championing Paulie because your beloved Khan beat him.)

Tough to assess Broner's power at 147 when he's only fought there once and jumped two divisions as well. He also fought Paulie who has a really good chin.

Bradley has fought Provodnikov, Marquez, Abregu and Pacquiao at 147. 3 of those guys have never been stopped before and Manny hadn't been stopped in about 13 years before the Marquez fight. It would've been tough for him to stop any of those guys even if he had a lot of punching power. Bradley did have JMM doing the backstroke in the 12th round though lol.

Paulie is not the correct answer.

I think Broner will end up being the correct answer but he has to prove it first. We will find out more on Saturday. Broner> Bradley> Paulie

Three light punching boxers. I would go with Bradley at 147.

Now Malignaggi's power did seem to improve since the second Juan Diaz fight if you recall he actually had Diaz momentarily stunned a few times in that fight. I think since Malignaggi left McGirt he has been working on improving his power - that's one of the reasons he wore down Senchenko and kept Broner in his shell for most of the night.

Paulie's power may be slightly underrated at welterweight - he's not a hard hitter by any means but then how can it be argued that Bradley and Broner are actually more powerful at 147? Perhaps I should have put a "too soon to tell" option in the poll..

Malignaggi looks weak in the ring, but don't be fooled. One time he was riding the subway in Brooklyn and the door didn't open so he smashed it open with his fists.

I think people are going to see Broner's power at 147 tomorrow night.

Paulie moves so much, it's harder for a puncher to fully commit to their punches. If you notice, Broner was landing clean shots, but mostly arm punches against Paulie because of Paulie's mobility. Maidana will be right there for him and I suspect Broner is going to pick him apart with some nasty work.
