Who will be the Top American fighter after Floyd and Ward???

I think Mikey Garcia will be the best American fighter of his era. Of course there's Danny Garcia who's already P4P Top 10 IMO, and Adrien Broner, as well as other young fighters like Andrade, Russell, and others. But I feel Mikey has the power and skill to win titles all the way to 140, maybe even higher eventually. I see Danny losing eventually, though he's a real good fighter obviously. Broner I also see losing. And the others are too young to tell.

      Seriously Weebler, who???

Keith Thurman could be a strong candidate. I just feel Mikey can recover and make adjustments as he's shown, has the skill to fight from a distance, can also **** and take you out. I don't see anyone beating him at 130-135. He could go all the way to 140-147 in the end possibly.

Mikey is a good call. I also like Bradley, Danny Garcia and Thurman. Broner is in the mix as well but he has to show some improvements in a few areas.

Other candidates include Errol Spence, Andrade, and Terrence Crawford.

Yeah, his father was from Mexico, but he and his brother were born in California I believe.

Ward is going to be around for awhile, so honestly by the year 2018, it could be someone not yet on the radar today..

but if i had to select from the current crop, bradley, danny, mikey, thurman, broner, and hopkins will still probably be around lol

Mikey seems like a sure bet to me. Tim Bradley isn't that old.
Omar Figueroa-so long as he stays away from Arakawa again. Magdaleno bros have promising futures as well.

Mikey Garcia. He's the best young American fighter right now.

I'm also impressed with age 26 Shawn Porter. I like his aggressive style.
