I remember in the Rocky movie the world champion and his promoter decided to give a journeyman with 20 losses from Philadelphia named Rocky Balboa a shot at the world title.

Now, Alex Leapai had done more than that fictional character to earn his title shot. By beating Denis Boytsov, he's become the WBO mandatory.

Of course, Leapai will be an underdog going into the fight with Wladimir Klitschko, just like Rocky Balboa was in the movie. And people down under will be at their TVs enthusiastically cheering for Leapai, like the common people in Philly were rooting for Rocky! In Australia, this fight will receive a lot of media coverage and will be an major sports event.
