lol Funny this is, Chris lost a ton of weight and looks no better than Solis. lol
But, all joking aside, what ultimately counts is performance. A guy can look like a Greek god, but can't fight a lick. Some dudes run marathons looking like Odlanier, no exaggeration.Comment

Many think it's a discipline issue Solis has, where it could be more of psychological one. You'd think that after blowing his knee vs Vitali his mind set would change.Comment

Yeah, but that weight is no surprise for Solis. Thompson, on the other hand, came in heavier than expected. Now, normally this wouldn't mean all that much, but Tony's too old and too slow to begin with. I was thinking Solis decision before; now I'm thinking stoppage.Originally posted by Freedom2014Odlanier Solis 257

They are both overweight.Comment

I think Solis probably has a discipline issue. But, I've always thought maybe his excess weight is at least somewhat by design. Odlanier is a small heavyweight. It's possible that he's tried to compensate with some additional weight. If Solis came into a fight at his leanest, he'd look tiny. I'd love to hear Pedro give his take on all that.Comment

I'd say so. Pedro probably has given him advice. Not sure if Pedro is going to continue with Solis though.I think Solis probably has a discipline issue.
