For the length of the article and how soon some of these replies came I highly doubt you fully read the article and all the points in it. But thanks for your opinions. I'll be waiting for the real comments from those with more to spew than just hate.
I stopped reading when you said Canada has hoods
stopped reading once I realized it was a crybaby article.
Broner copies the mannerisms, jokes and even the hair style Floyd rocked. its not racist to say that, its an observation.
Along with the shoulder roll and money talk, Broner does Floyd's head shake, he sits in his corner between rounds the same, he tries the same punches when Floyd would try them, the way he tries to copy Floyd is scary sometimes.
Floyd masks his punches beautifully and has great movement
Broner is bulky and stiff, lack of movement and gets hit very easily
They don't fight the same in my eyes
Floyd is a defensive master...Broner has horrible defence.
He can stutter as much as he wants and talk about his millions which he doesn't have yet, but he'll never be Floyd
Floyd came up the hard way and fought his ass off till he finally got that fight with Del Hoya
Mainly to do with the shoulder roll and the talk of money
only difference is Floyd uses the shoulder roll effectively and he has 100's of millions and has the right to brag, when Floyd was coming up he was nothing like he is now
and Broner is all talk as of yet
It is poor, I agree. Here's the thing, and why I believe Broner will get a few losses unlike Floyd, his style is an emulation therefore the reflexes and reactions do not come naturally; they are thought out.
With Mayweather, that style is encoded in his DNA. It's part of his nature to turn one way as soon as sees a certain punch. Broner, as you might have seen, has been hit flush several times in an attempt to duck punches and from lesser opposition. His style is an emulation, that while good, is not natural.

I was never trying to claim Broner was a good copy of Floyd Mayweather. In fact the reason he can appear bulky and stiff is because he's trying so hard to look like Floyd. He does, you can see when he fights that he is trying very, very hard to look and act like Floyd.
Did you started watching boxing yesterday?Broner copied a lot of what Floyd says and does, and he also does things that isn`t a copy of Floyd. And i`m black and from the hood also.Archie Moor,James Toney and the other guys you mention, their shoulder roll style is similar but not completely the same as Floyd`s shoulder roll,Floyd took the Shoulder roll style and added his own technique to it and Broner copied that technique;nothing wrong with that because no boxer is totally original anyway.
Its GBP and Haymon who are pushing the Floyd comparisons more than anyone. If anything most fans try point out they are not the same (ie. Broner isn't as good, fights a different style etc).
However their mannerisms outside the ring are very similar. There's plenty of people 'from the hood' in boxing and no one is saying they all act the same. Just Broner and Mayweather.
Mayweather is far more mature and respectable than AB is....Broner on the other hand is a young thug.
Isn't Floyd the one who not long ago did 30 days in the pen on a domestic violence charge?

lol yes. Khan used to copy a lot of Pacquiao's mannerisms too, like lifting in his hands in the air pretending he wasn't hurt.
