No surprise here. Burns is a joke. He vacated and move up to duck Broner. He'll probably do the same with Crawford. He'll either put the fight off long enough that Crawford will either lose or move up himself. Or, once Burns is "healed" he'll probably say he can't make 35 any more and move up. Unfortunately for him, the WBO won't be able to hand him a belt at 40. Maybe by then Garcia will have vacated his straps and Burns will be able to fight sme stiff across the pond for one of those trinkets.
