    Controversial Castillo victory tonight

Castillo low blowed Reyes and had a point deducted; therefore, according to Castillo fans, he did NOT win within the rules and the fight is marred in controversy. Immediate rematch necessary.

I really can't believe there are people who scored the fight in favor of Reyes.

Oh wait. Look who made the thread.

A Low blow is a low blow, plain and simple.
That being said, what did Reyes do to make you think he could have won the fight? I could understand if he actually made a fight of it, but...

If Corrales spitting out his mouthpiece and getting a point docked for it counts as a controversial victory, then Castillo beating Reyes after using low blows is a controversial victory. No double standards.

Can you all not read? Nobody scored the fight for Reyes. Nobody even gave Reyes more than 2 rounds. I gave him 1 ****ing round. The point is Castillo cheated so it's not a legit win according to Castillo fans.

Controversial? Every judge and press raw reporter, except one draw score, gave the clear win to Castillo.

I understand what you are saying, but IMO the Corrales fight was a very close, competetive fight where the mouthpeice only came out after Corrales was knocked down twice. I think it was a ***** move, but I think it was still Corrales' victory. It was Castillo's job to cover up and try to recuperate once he saw that Corrales was trying to rally, instead of opening up and trying to trade when he was exhausted. The fight tonight wasn't even close, Reyes didn't even really make a fight of it.
