The World Boxing Association's "super" champion at bantamweight, Panamanian Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (34-2-1) will see action on a date in late February in Panama, according to his wife and manager Rouss Laguna and empowered. Chemito was ordered to fight Japan's Koki Kameda, who held the WBA's "regular" title at the weight. But last week Kameda vacated his title and told the WBA that he wouldn't take part in their mandatory purse bid. The change of heart by Kameda has twisted around the future plans of Chemito.
