Khan has a very loyal group of fans mostly from the UK that think Khan is the best at everything and the #1 pfp. boxer in the world. In a recent poll many of them picked Khan to KO Mayweather so of course they will vote that Khan has a better jab than Cotto. Khan has a good jab. Cotto is left handed but he fights from a right handed stance so he jabs and hooks with his power hand. Cotto is famous for the power and accuracy of his left jab and it is a much better weapon than Khan's very good jab.

Khan by a mile because he's fighting Floyd next. Cotto had the better jab right before he was going to face Floyd but now it's khan because he's facing Floyd next.

Khan has utilized his jab effectively but very few times, Malignaggi and Kotelnik to name a few. Most of the time he follows up with a 3-5 punch combination whilst leaving himself open for counters, that to me sort of defeats the purpose of a jab. It's Cotto really, not debatable.

Khan throws a fast, straight jab but not much authority...Khans jab is more of a point scorer and distraction for his right hand. This makes his jab about average.
