  • Khan doesn't have to do all of this to get the fight cause he's with GoldenBoy easy to make the fight.

Top Rank / Goldenboy different promotional companies and you got to deal with Arum he will still your draws from off you so the fight won't happen.

Arum still owes Mayweather millions from almost 20 yrs ago that's tied up in court Mayweather is never going to see that money. WHy do business with a person like that.

You see Cotto left Top Rank and the fight happened.
If Pacquiao leaves Top Rank the fight will happen and he knows he can make more money that way. If he doesn't leave Top Rank he just doesn't want the fight that bad, but Him and Top Rank can talk like they want it cause they know Floyd isn't working with Arum after the ish he's pulled.

I agree, Manny beat Tim but just to settle both sides of the argument I like the rematch and to gauge what Pacquaio truly has left. Sergio i'd like at 154, because that's another boxer I follow religiously and folks forget the only reason he went to 160 was because they wouldn't give him a decent payday at 154, when sergio was at 154 the only other name viable at the time was Williams and after that result...well nobody wanted to fight...shh he had to chase Chavez for years to get a fight.

Lmao that is basically what happens when Floyd heard Pacquiaos name. He stutters a little bit more too

I respect your opinion even if I disagree Floyd should be making almost 90% by himself...that to me is ludicrous but if you are okwith that cool. To each their own. If Manny won't fight him? You mean after this "He'd have to join TMT, get rid of arum, and take whatever I offer him" sorry that doesn't sound to me like someone interested in fighting and someone with absolutely unrealistic expectations of his worth. I love Floyd and have followed Floyd for close to ten years but the fact remains he's entirely too greedy in a situation where regardless of what he concedes in order to make a fight he still walks away with unbreakable earnings records. Even at 50/50 Floyd sees more money than he ever has..so that works both ways. You want to make the fight? Put up a ridiculously large offer out there that they can't refuse if not..well it ain't gonna happen. That much we know.

I see this fight as a 75/25 no more than 70/30 fight in Floyd's favor due to their accomplishments and the economics behind them. Floyd is in the position to say "90/10 take it or leave it" and because of all the BS he's had to deal with I wouldn't blame him but 75/25-70/30 is more than fair. It's funny people look at Floyd's money demands but Manny's is OK? Why isn't anyone calling Manny out for not just taking the fight? When it was 50/50 Floyd accepted that but Manny ran from OST. Hearns took less than Leonard, Hagler took less than Leonard, everybody took less to face DeLaHoya and most of the challengers were coming off great wins, some were undefeated!!! I can't believe we're still talking about who's the man after Floyd defeated Canelo.

            • The problem of Floyd is he don't know who to pick as an opponent cuz of ppv attraction.

See that's the problem, what you or I believe has no single factor in this. The fact remains this fight would shatter all gate, closed circuit, media coverage, viewership and buyer stats ever made...keep that in mind. The sheer size of this fight alone makes Pacquaio's value to it more than $40 million. Why do companies pay $1.5 million per second for a commercial in the superbowl? Because they are advertising to the largest audience possible, same applies to the talent within the superbowl..them players get financially taken care of for their appearance. If this was a fight that was going to do 1.5 million buys $40 million is appropriate..for a fight expected to sell upwards of 2.5 million buys...sorry it isn't appropriate. They paid Canelo over 3x times what his largest paycheck was to fight Floyd and Canelo has no history of being a real ppv draw. I have heard many quotes on what Paquaio has said and hasn't said, the only thing i've seen is him saying he's ok with testing but wanted a cut off..which still remains he would take the test. You can dictate to people who have no options, you can't dictate to people with options. If floyd ain't satisfied making $125 million for a fight he and many others think is easy work I don't know what to tell ya.

                  • The problem with Floyd saying he's leaving it to his team is that when they do he runs away and cries on Don King's shoulder as when Haymon negotiated with Arum under Ross Greenburg's supervision. He was actually contemplating on signing up with Mr King at the time. He was angry at Haymon.

50 cent also made the mistake of assuming Floyd gave his blessings. Their friendship ended. So when it's about Pacman, you can pretty much predict the story's ending.

People need to move on and stop mentioning Pacquiao when it comes to Floyd.

                    • The problem for Mayweather now is he doesn't have much fighters left that brings the money that he and Showtime wants to generate.
