The second negotiations was because Arum said he needed time to build a stadium.........A FACT
The third negotiations FLOYD called PAC and offered him money that he said he will wire directly to PAC within 24hrs if he agrees.........FACT

No Arum gets It perfectly he just won't tell ****** people that. Arum can always act like he wants the fight when he knows it not going to happen for Promotional reasons and him stealing millions of dollars from Mayweather and it's still tied up in court that was almost 20 yrs ago and it's still tied up in court Mayweather ain't never seeing that money. It was under contract too and Arum still effed him. Point blank is if Cotto got the fight when he left Top Rank, Pacquiao would get it too. If not Arum can continue to lie, and the people know he's but whatever makes them feel better.

Arum will never work with GBP to make the fight happen, end of story and enough with the BS. Floyd should move up and make more money and Pac should retire before Bob puts him in another BS fight. Pac should also forget Tim, I doubt he can KO the guy and if Pac can't put away Timmy, he will get robbed again. How can Bob Arum and the powers that be stop a $200 million fight [Mayweather vs. Pacquiao] from happening because of a personal difference? Because that's all it was. What gives Bob Arum the right to talk about Floyd Mayweather the way he does? He [Mayweather] wasn't a "coward" when he promoted him and he was making money off of his blood, sweat and tears or when he called him the greatest thing since Ali and maybe even better. But ah, the truth is going to come out now. What gives Bob Arum the right to stop a poor kid from Michigan and a poor kid from the Philippines from making $20, $30 or $40 million so that they can help their people? Floyd could have done wonders with that money if he did the right thing and took it back home and put it back into the city. Pacquiao could have done wonders if he brought that money back to the Philippines and did the right thing with it and gave back to the community. See, don't think this fight didn't happen because of a blood test. This is Bob Arum's way of saying, "screw you Floyd Mayweather and screw you Oscar De La Hoya." And the sad part about that is those are the 2 fighters, along with Pacquiao, that has made him the most money.
