there is always a reason why he won't fight the biggest threat. Lara is by far the biggest threat and would be the toughest opponent of floyd's entire career ... so of course Lara isn't a big enough draw ... unlike Guerrero who had a massive fan base 
the simple fact that floyd would be fighting somebody who legit boxing people would no doubt give probably the best chance of anybody to beat him would in fact make floyd v Lara quite big.
