Tapia doesn't hit nearly as hard as GGG and Tapia was doing a paint job on Kirland's face in the first until he took over. GGG won't be just doing a paint job in the 1st, he'll be doing a demolish job.

Triple G should stay in his lane....and his fans should raise their standards....Kirkland is a LMW who's fought like once in the last 2 years or so....**** that!!

GGG is way to good for Kirkland at 154 or at 160.The way Kirkland charges in leaving himself open and his rather weak chin combined with GGG's power, timing, speed and accuracy make a KO win for GGG within 3 rounds al most certain.

This would be a fight purely for entertainment, I realize that. But let's be real GGG is technically a "champion" already anyway even though the lineal champion martinez has flat out announced he's gonna duck him for bigger fights. I dont see how murray or sturm would be any better. They might have better defense but they simply dont have the power to get gennadys respect. They would get walked down and stopped also. They both have been activly ducking GGG aswell.

GGG is way too big and powerful for Kirkland. GGG dwarfed Curtis Stevens, imagine how Kirkland would look like? Kirkland's only shot is throwing a haymaker and landing square on Golovkin's chin but that isn't going to happen. GGG would stop him in two to three rounds but wouldn't be surprised with a first round knockout.

If that was the plan for Kirk I would take another fight first.

Maybe a scrap with Korobov to get him ready.

I like the fight. Why not?
