Why no respect for paulie ?!?!?

Couldn't agree more.
Paulie earned his respect from the "main" boxing fans years ago. He's getting his just dues from a wider audience now I think, which he deserves.
If people don't respect Paulie cause of his lack of "punching power" then it's straight BS. The fact he's managed to carve out such a good career despite his lack of power is fantastic.Comment

Fair enough but Paulie's fights are not something people clamor for, if I want to watch someone out think an opponent I will watch chess matches.Comment

you cant even say what people call black and asain fighters because it would be censored on hereHe's a white dude....Calzaghe "bum", Froch "coward", Wlad "robotic", Fury "clown", Pavlik "drunk", Spadafora "druggie", Hatton "scrub", Groves"glass jawed", Price "heartless", Malignaggi "pillow fisted", Golovkin "hypejob", Rees "midget". There is a precedent of derogatory terms used to describe Caucasian fighters.Comment

I know, throughout history white people have always had it the hardest. Sucks to be white especially in America, when your Italian and not even considered white, by really white people standards. He's a white dude....Calzaghe "bum", Froch "coward", Wlad "robotic", Fury "clown", Pavlik "drunk", Spadafora "druggie", Hatton "scrub", Groves"glass jawed", Price "heartless", Malignaggi "pillow fisted", Golovkin "hypejob", Rees "midget". ...You could actually make a semi-respectable case that Broner got a small gift in that fight, IMHO. I'm not exactly going walk the earth raging about how Pauli got robbed in that fight, but depending on how you score rounds it wouldn't take much to say he won. That's probably the biggest problem with his lack of power, he has to live and die by the judges.Comment
