Tapia got whooped. Was taken to hospital but was released. Kirkland was all over him relentlessly , Tapia landed some good shots and Kirkland too them well and just worked him.

It was a mismatch. After 4 rounds Agbeko was weary of his counters and really stopped trying.

Tapia's corner did a terrible job protecting their own fighter.

He survived a blizzard of punches coming his way. Rigo had him against the ropes al night. Agbeko was going backwards all night and the ref was just smoking a cigar looking the other way and everybody kept screaming to stop the fight because Agbeko couldn't take the punishment. He was out cold on his feet. From the opening bell. I don't know how there wetent any 10-8 rounds.
