Rigondeaux just too good for this ERA of Boxing, takes two fighters to put on a great fight and it is nobody in and around his Division IMO that can Test Rigondeaux

Dominating Performance against a damn good fighter who just couldn't figure out Rigondeaux

Guys come in thinking "I AM GOING TO FORCE THIS LITTLE GUY TO FIGHT ME" and than they feel that Left hand and all of a sudden they forget everything they worked on during Camp lol

Yeah, that's exactly what it is. Scared of the counters that will come from being too aggressive. Exactly what Donaire felt.

Don't wanna see fans of slick fighters or Wlad fans complaining at all about Rigo being boring.

the HUGE problem with Rigondeaux is that he takes no risks to end fights where it's clear he's going to win.

their is no excitement in his fights. he's a pure counter puncher who takes NO RISKS, so that's why people think he's boring. since Rigo won't take that extra step to connect with fans they aren't going to adopt him.

think about Juan Manuel Marquez in his earlier in his career. nobody wanted to fight him and he didn't even have that many fans. even Mexicans didn't like his no risk taking counter punching. how could they when they had Morales and Barrera at the time

Marquez didn't get to his status until he open up and took risks.

nobody is going to watch Rigo when he doesn't take risks.

just being better isn't good enough with fans you have to be good in style.

i dont think so hemi. if floyd was fighting a guy with agbeko skill set it would be an even worse beating. rigo is def a p4p fighter without doubt and it will be hard beating him.

I like Agbeko, but he really turned in a garbage performance. He was afraid of getting countered. Rigondeaux can really pop. It's not his fault that fight wasn't exciting. He's just on another level.
