Could be. At some point I have to assume GBP is gonna wanna do a Khan-Brook fight in the UK. Brook's been the IBF mandatory seems like forever. I could easily see GBP feeding Porter to one of those guys, making Khan-Alexander even bigger. And if they don't do Floyd-Khan in May, the Khan-Brook winner creates a somewhat credible opponent for Floyd.

The Alexander/Porter fight wasn't a boxing match. It was a wrestling match. I thought I watching Ricky Hatton in that ring as I watched constantly hit Alexander and hold him to avoid being hit back for 12 rounds.

Once again alexander showed that he is a front runner,, if he doesnt get off to a good start, he never recovers and cant make adjustments, thats the only thing that seperates him from being a p4p caliber fighter,,

Dailymail websites' sports section is reporting that Porter has to defend against Kell as he is #1 contender

I've never been too impressed with Kell. Might favor Porter in that one, he seems to improve in every fight these days.

Those body shots is what did it for Alexander. I guess that's how you beat devon by smothering him and not giving him a chance to hold you.

Team Porter had an excellent strategy against Alexander. They fought a high pressured fight, roughed Devon up and took the gas out his tank with those body shot. Porter made it look easy and he's now a bonafide player at welterweight.

The two undercard fights stole the show because the last 2 fight were garbage.

Porter/Khan, Porter/Broner or Porter/ Garcia all good fights. I wish we could see a Porter/Provo***ov FOTY.
