Roy Jones took an over the counter supplement called ripped fuel.

He didn't cheat, he was just ignorant to that otc supplement having a banned substance in it at the time. Not only that, his opponent at the time tested positive too. Try again.

don't agree with you on the *******. if you test positive for coke then that means youve ingested it most recent. it don't stay in your body for more than a few days.

yeah but does coke make you have an advantage in the ring,,, maybe i guess if your totally coked up when you enter the ring you may have some more energy but i would think that is not happening with some many people backstage and ref instructions and other corner inspecting your wraps,, you cant be like licking your teeth the whole time,,,

This waiver, according to the rumor, negated the need for a test of Floyd’s “B” sample. And because the “B” sample was never tested, a loophole in USADA’s contract with Mayweather and Golden Boy allowed the testing to proceed without the positive “A” sample results being reported to Mayweather’s opponent or the Nevada State Athletic Commission (which had jurisdiction over the fights)."

Soon after GB threatened MaxBoxing/Steve Kim and you won't find the articles ANYWHERE on the internet.

"On June 4, 2012, they served document demands and subpoenas on Mayweather, Mayweather Promotions, Golden Boy and USADA calling for the production of all documents that related to PED testing of Mayweather for the Shane Mosley, Victor Ortiz and Miguel Cotto fights."
All based on information from a mysterious source.

Well his promoter said it came from a nasal spray at first which was not true, then his lawyer said it was from a supplement but this was never confirmed. He was several times above the accepted level.

Yes you are quite right about the Roy Jones thing. They also found that his opponent Richard Hall had tested positive for the same thing which was banned only by the IBF at the time, so they just quietly dropped it with no penalties. It was some over the counter drink with a flashy name, something like "Rocket Fuel".

Oscar has been left off the list. and Vitaly Klitshko has been mentioned twice in error. Also he'd used an ointment for his knee prescribed by his doctor, but the Olympic Rules were strict. Emanuel Augustus was called to a fight on 3 days notice, and actually told the Commission that he'd smoked marijuana, but they said it was OK.
