That's not fair. Its clear that with an "0" there comes marketability and future profit generation. Why does Broner get to hide behind the "he's my big bro, I'm not fighting him" excuse while Garcia has to be the next hyena fed to the lion?
Losing to Floyd will not hurt Garcia's marketability at all. Having his 0 is not part of his image. I could kind of see your point with Broner though. If they want to make a Floyd copycat, that 0 needs to stay intact. With Garcia, it doesn't matter though.

Garcia and Angel know they aren't ready for Floyd having a 2- 3 mil pay day does nothing for him

he can have big pay days as he builds his rep and keeps his "0", he'll fight Broner before he fights Floyd. The "0' is very much part of his image, he and his father make a huge deal about it, everyone always doubts Garcia and he manages to prove them wrong and keep his 0

Garcia is in boxing for the long haul and is slowly building a following

This. They said they wouldn't jump straight into a fight with Floyd when Danny moved up to welterweight. I also think GB don't think Danny can be a draw. I say this because look at Canelo and Broner..... Canelo just got whooped by Floyd but is going to headline 3 PPV's next year. Then u got Broner who squeaked by Malignaggi but was suppose to headline a ppv vs Maidana. Danny on the other hand beats Matthysse and there's zero talk of him on ppv next. Not that I think he should be a ppv headliner, niether of the 3 should but it's just funny to me that the other two are ppv material in the minds of GB and Danny isn't.

GBP has been investing into Garcia's brand building.

He's talented, has a good ring IQ, and most importantly has the discipline to be dedicated to the sport. A fighter like that is a long term investment.

They'll probably have him 3-4 fights at welterweight, so he can further improve before making a Floyd fight. I expect Garcia to be Floyd's second to the last or final fight if all goes to plan

Kell Brook, Carlos Molina at 154, Winner of Trout vs Lara or if Alexander wins impressively against Porter

I would take ANY of those fights over ***in A Mere Con, I don't know how in the hell they are going to even market or try to sell Amir Khan vs Mayweather, he is not undefeated, he is not as big of a Draw as HE THINKS and NOBODY believes he can win

Mayweather vs Khan does worse than Mayweather vs Guerrero

                Garcia wants none of Mayweather
                Wants to keep his 0
Angel thinks his son is the next PPV king. LOL

Garcia deserves it more, definitely. But I wouldn't necessarily be any more interested in that fight because of the styles. Garcia matches up terribly with Mayweather.
