I look at it differently. Broner gets to be babied and protect his "0" and is being groomed to become the next undefeated star in boxing by avoiding Mayweather who will certainly give him that 1st L.

On the other hand, Garcia has been put through hell, unified his division, became lineal champ only to be built up as an opponent for Floyd to cash in on?

That's not fair. Its clear that with an "0" there comes marketability and future profit generation. Why does Broner get to hide behind the "he's my big bro, I'm not fighting him" excuse while Garcia has to be the next hyena fed to the lion?

Losing to Floyd will not hurt Garcia's marketability at all. Having his 0 is not part of his image. I could kind of see your point with Broner though. If they want to make a Floyd copycat, that 0 needs to stay intact. With Garcia, it doesn't matter though.

Danny saying he doesn't want the fight is complete bullshit. Golden Boy told him to say that. No sane person would refuse a life changing pay day. GB is cashing out on Khan before he loses again so they're telling Danny to step aside. Danny will probably get his shot on Sept 15th.

I say this because look at Canelo and Broner..... Canelo just got whooped by Floyd but is going to headline 3 PPV's next year. Then u got Broner who squeaked by Malignaggi but was suppose to headline a ppv vs Maidana. Danny on the other hand beats Matthysse and there's zero talk of him on ppv next. Not that I think he should be a ppv headliner, niether of the 3 should but it's just funny to me that the other two are ppv material in the minds of GB and Danny isn't.

GBP has been investing into Garcia's brand building.

He's talented, has a good ring IQ, and most importantly has the discipline to be dedicated to the sport. A fighter like that is a long term investment.

They'll probably have him 3-4 fights at welterweight, so he can further improve before making a Floyd fight. I expect Garcia to be Floyd's second to the last or final fight if all goes to plan

Garcia deserves it more, definitely. But I wouldn't necessarily be any more interested in that fight because of the styles. Garcia matches up terribly with Mayweather.
