Merchant is the opposite. He pisses me off because he NEVER ****ing says anyting that is important.

I dont understand why he is an announcer......sure he is a respected columnist....which is what he should have stuck to.

He would be better in print than in person, because:

1.) I have no idea what the **** he's talking about.

2.) Sometimes he has that glossy look in his eyes and I know that came from 10 shots of Stoly on ice.

3.) He's really ****ing short. I'm sorry.....and I dont mean to be unfair....but short people need to stay away from interviews. It looks pathetic when a guy is holding a microphone up to morales.......when I think Morales is a ****ing midget.

Chill Lerana Bobbet. No need to chop my nuts off just cause I don't like the man's style. I've seen plenty of boxing to know, I don't like his style. Sure maybe if someone else brings a good fight out of him like Diego, he's cool, though when you can't beat a guy in your own style and have to come in overweight to in the next fight, that's another reason to not like him. His style and attitude to me is total crap. He should be ashamed of himself and the fans of his after what he pulled on the 2nd fight. I just wanted to see a good fight, I didn't really care about him or Diego, though after he ruined it before it even began, who the hell cares about him anymore?

Castillo vs Reyes? Seems like nobody cares about it or is really into it. I'm sure if a guy named Diego was at the other end of the vs, there would be more than enough talk. To think, this could have been the night that the 3rd fight took place. Sucks, even sucks more that Castillo is the one in the ring and not Diego. No offense though Castillo's style bores me. It was really Diego that brought out the fight of the century award from their 1st battle. He decided to fight Castillo's fight, which in most cases, I find boring as hell. Though it turned out pretty good.

Castillo is going to pummell reyes. He is going to be extremely strong becuase of the weight. I would favor Castillo vs anyone at 135 and vs most at 140

It doesn't help that Edner Cherry is in the undercard. That is a robbery. But, Showtime has given us some good cards, so whatever. Cherry and Reyes are guys that are more suited for Shobox and FNF, but to host a Showtime Card, that is ridiculous. You have to be honest, just the production and announcing of HBO makes their cards that much better than Showtimes. Nick Charles and that guy with the funny voice are amateurs compared to Lampley and Merchant. HBO is corrupt, but talented nonetheless.

....I agree that HBO is much better. Showtime is the cheesy low budget film compared to a real movie with a huge budget and great special effects.
