PPV buys- Do they just round up US sales?

OK so when they say 500k PPV buys is that solely US sales or is it world PPV sales for instance say in the US SHO does 500k buys UK Skysports (Boxoffice) does 350 and Mexican TV does 150. So will they count that as 1mil PPV sales. I know question seems a bit silly but just a bit curious.

Yes the buys or numbers you see are from the US, and I assume they round up to the nearest 5k.

edit: have we ever seen a PPV buyrate look something like 820,103? that would be nuts if they counted every single one.

Rounding to the nearest 5k would be ridiculous conservative for Arum.
