So then you're basing this on speculation then. Interesting.

"Oh but I know how filipino politics works, its so obvious, blah blah" I hope you weren't considering typing any of that. You seem a much better poster

Besides, it wasn't passed, Manny receives no tax exemption....whats the big deal here? If he did, it'd be disgraceful, but he doesn't.

You don't think Manny is trying to flex some political muscle to bail him out. Just saying....

Well it doesnt take a genius to see that

            1. manny has tax issues

            2. bill introduced to protect manny from having to pay taxes..

            3. they must be connected, lets not act like this bill was talked about years ago, it just started when manny started having tax issues...

            4. Yes manny may not be the guy in congress that introduced the bill, but to think manny and his handlers arent involved is nonsense

So you're making a baseless assumption? Don't be so ignorant.

Have you ever thought that people can think and act by themselves? And that without Pacquaio asking, they will do what they can in an attempt to help him? After all, he is a national treasure and revered by his people. But let me guess, you've never tried to help someone close to you without their initiation?

It's easy to say that Pacquiao had something to do with this, and that's a fair assumption. However, we can only make judgements based on what we know to be factual. The rest is merely speculation.

fair enough,,, i wasnt trying to state facts, just my opinion of the situation, and i assume that manny and his political handlers had something to do with this,,,
Its not like manny can come out with a bill that says manny doesnt have to pay taxes,, how ****** would that look,,, Do you really think any politician would come out with a bill for themselves, No they would have others do it

Whats funny is that the writer of the article seems to see through the BS and ,like a boss, titles the article stright up with "Pacman's bid".

Ofcourse its just an opinion and is all speculation at this point about Manny being behind this

Evade paying taxes, and then look like a hero when donating a smaller fee. If it was anyone else that's how it would be seen/talked about, Pacquiao should thank his lucky stars that he is adored.
