Fast forward 3 years later, Manny finally took random testing against Rios and there were no issues with blood taken from him being weakened by it as it was a big issue back in 2009-2010.

Pacquiao is an elite athlete, very easy to find a vein.

When I have blood taken from me, the nurses love it, because I'm very vascular due to my fitness regime. But I would be lying if I said the process didn't affect me and it would take a least a day to get back to 100%
