Not Bad At All Actually! I give him credit the dude put in work for this role in the Boxing Gym and got himself into phenominal shape, I don't know if he has a boxing background already but he looks like a damn good athlete:

usher is / was a terrific dancer, IIRC. i'm sure he's got a talent for moving like a fighter. you don't need to have power or a chin to be an actor pretending to box.

i can't remember him being in any movies. i hope he can act.

i won't be seeing this thing in the theatres or anything, but if it pops up on netflix or TV i'll see what it looks like.

*Cringes a little* I really don't like when they used these Disney ass, commercial figures in gritty/underground/real type of films. It takes the credibility away and makes it hard for me to connect with the movie.

I will give it a chance though... you never know. If he wasn't known as Usher he would still look a bit funny just because anyone who's portraying a real life person does look funny in comparison, but he looks acceptable. I just hope he leaves cheesy ass Usher at home though.
