I wonder what the great Nostradamus would say about that.....
Where is Nostradamus when you need him? I want to know if Golovkin will fight Quillin.

It's seriously amazing how bad promoters are and how much damage they are doing to the sport. i couldn't **** things up that bad if I tried, i swear it's a talent to be that shady. Bob and Richard's bridge burning act could win a season of Americas got talent.
Everyone wants May vs Pac. In the UFC for years now, people have been waiting for Silva-Pierre or Silva-Jones and neither has happened so I don't see much of a difference in results.

Four pages of comments and I guess nobody has picked up on this yet... With Schaeffer it's always someone else's fault....just think about the quotes from him this year across the board. HBO doesn't want to work with us...well you did go take your best talents to their rival network, right? You were cheesing it up for the camera with Espinoza every chance you got right? Well execs have memories bro. At some points he and arum have to pay the piper and they'll have to make amends, four years ago Top Rank was king, today GBP is king...don't forget tomorrow is coming.

How the hell is Schaefer going to criticize Golovkin's competition when Quillin just got lucky as hell against someone Golovkin beat the **** out of? And Quillin is fighting worse competition overall.

Mr. "let the fight marinate because it isn't enough money" must be getting mad that he's stuck in purgatory on Showtime and we all know he's full of crap.

Oh bull****. Quillin himself has said he doesn't want it as recently as 4 or 5 months ago. He and Golden Boy are talking now because they know the fight won't happen due to a network feud Golden Boy is responsible for.

Schaefer is right about Abel Sanchez and Max Kellerman imo.

But because the promoters, networks, and people behind the scenes can't put their differences aside and just meet in the middle to give the people what we really want and desserve.
That's true in general but in this case the biggest fight that can be made at 160 is Martinez vs Golovkin, and thankfully they both fight on the same network and there's no rivalry between their promoters.

The fragmentation of the sport has been a problem for a long time but it's been taken to new extremes by this promoter's feud. It's insane, and it's very hard to see how it's going to end anytime soon when the networks appear to be getting good ratings.

Greed brought us into this I guess and we have to hope that greed will get us out. Someday there's hopefully going to be enough money on the table for them to put a card together and they'll work together to get their hands on it. We're going to miss out on a lot of great fights before that happens though.

                    Golovkin v Adama

This really is a major disappointment. Stagnating Golovkin's career.
Anyone who watched Adama's fight for Geale's alphabelt bauble, will
                    know this.
Get all the pretenders to fight it out for the right to fight the one and
                    only champion, Martinez.

It seems to me like Schaefer is the main one that tries to hide his fighters behind this showtime doesn't do business with hbo thing.
