So both of these events were worth the around the same amount of money ($3.5mil), but the showtime card has 4 good fights as opposed to one. I think everyone can agree that they'd rather watch this weeks show. Hbo must have money left to burn to be consistently overpaying for these type of events. The promoters on hbo must be loving it.
